The Beekman Arms in Rhinebeck offers area businesses’ a custom coordinator with expertise in planning for group conferences, fundraisers, dinner seminars, meetings and business retreats!

We offer several spaces for group events. Our conference center is located a block north of the Main Historic Inn at our Delamater Properties. This business conference center offers 780 square ft. space, can accommodate up to 40 clients and includes meeting amenities such as projector and screen! Customized hot breakfasts, lunches, break food and box lunches can be delivered as ordered. Businesses have the advantage of reserving hotel rooms for out of town guests as well as planning a private welcome or farewell dinner at the Main Inn!

Our Inn is located in the heart of Rhinebeck’s walking village. Meeting spaces are provided at this location in our private Wayfarer Room (1200 square ft.) and Beekman Rooms (380 square ft.)

Our private Beekman Room can accommodates up to 25 guests for pharmaceutical dinners, small meetings or business retreats!( or as additional break out space when used with our larger Wayfarer Room).

Our Wayfarer Room can accommodate from 30-130 for a variety of set-ups. At the end of a work day, clients can enjoy the adjacent colonial tap room bar, the perfect ending to your busy day!
